IDEATION
We first usher product ideas through a proprietary ideation phase. In the early stages of engagement, our key partners, subject matter experts, and advisors join Amplient workshops focused on elevating good ideas. The ultimate aim is to develop products and service competencies that change the game.

VALIDATION
We test the outcome of the ideation phase within an experimental, low-risk environment. Our preferred tool of choice is a Proof of Concept (PoC) that allows us to validate the product with high fidelity and low cost. Our target is the sweet spot of form, function, and intellectual property.

Our consolidation tactics are geared towards expedient product release, but we're also strategically ideating, road mapping, and resource structuring for the future as well.
